Refund Policy - the basics
You broke it-you keep it, not our first rodeo. But if we sold you something defective we want to make it right!
"Rodeo" Specifics
Unfortunately if we cannot guarantee the integrity of a product coming back we cant refund it. This may include (but not limit to) straw or hay, as well as opened products. But please always reach out to us no matter the issue, not just for quality control on the rest of the stock but in case we can do anything else to fix it and make you more satisfied!
